for some of you looking to try out and learn some high end features with your budget camera.. the CHDK firmware will upgrade many canon cameras to have higher end features..

I upgraded my S3is and have never looked back... it's hard for me to justify the purchase of a DSLR for hobbyphotos when the S3 will now shoot in raw. iso400 and 800 are pretty useless though. I'd love to get a better sensor but I rarely use them and CS3's new remove noise filter seems it was made for canon.
