I would start by checking your electrical connections, especially at the MAF and your distributor and coil. Buy some electrical terminal cleaner (CRC makes some and it should be avail at your local auto parts store) and some dielectric grease. Clean your main sensor connections and take a small screwdriver and squeeze the female ends of the spade connectors a little tighter, then apply the grease and plug it back in. Another thing could be the coolant sensor is not reading right so it is not going into cold start. Find the resistance specs and ohm it out.
