Brake fluid likes to eat through shit and has prolly eaten through a seal in the master cylinder.. I suggest rebuilding that and properly bleeding the brakes.
As far as fuel goes... I'm guessing that the drain bolt in your tank could possibly be leaking since most fuel lines are metal there's really not much that can leak in the rear....
