While driving on the Turnpike in Pennsylvania, I was coming up on an overpass that my lane wen tunder. I saw a group of pigeons sitting on the road below the overpass. I expected them to move before I got there.
3 of them didn't. Luckily this was when I was a teenager and I had a 1978 Dodge Van (Down by the river!). All I saw in my rearview mirror was a cloud of feathers. The grill was a different story. No damage, but the remians took some scrubbing to get rid of.
