about 2 years ago i was up to smoking two to two and a half packs a day. i quit for 6 months cold turkey, not a single molecule of smoke during that half-year. Just so i could think about whether i wanted to keep this habit, just to see if i could actually do it (listening to all these weak minded people talking about "cutting down" or "quiting" only to start 2 days later) and to save up money for my coilovers.
after that 6 months (of being a complete asshole to everybody and everything) i decided to start again.
right now i have a rule for myself that i will buy a carton (10 packs) a week, and if i finish them all before sunday, i have to wait until that 7 days is over to buy a new carton, so i have money available for rent, bills and my car.
