I don't have H&R springs, but. . .

Stock is fine for now, H&R doesn't lower you too much. They are a stiffer spring though, and will result in higher spring rates. You will probably notice the suspension being underdampened (sort of a bouncy and loose feel to it), and your shocks will wear quicker. Really is no way to tell for sure how long they'd last. As always, I'd recommend just saving up for some AGX or Tokico Blues and doing the whole shebang at once, but. . . .
