I think you probably burnt all three ecu's.
Time to take it to a SHOP, someone wired your gauges in on your EFI harness. Because they are Rocket Scientist, and only Rocket Scientist do that kind of stuff.
With the 63 you got hooked up son, you have no speed limiter, but then again you probably burnt it.
If you are NOT GOOD WITH ELECTRICAL TAKE IT TO A SHOP, this probably could have been fixed for $200 even at the most expensive shop the first time, now your probably $400 -$600 in the hole in parts.
If you WANT TO TEST THE INJECTOR PULSE. Buy a 12v LED from Radio Shack, unplug the harness connector form the injector, stick the LED into the fuel injector harness clip (on the pins), and crank.
NO LED LIGHT UP = NO FUEL SIGNAL FROM THE ECU.
The LED is like .99c so, get it.
