Does your Speed-O bounce for a few seconds up to 110mph then shoot back?

I have a 91 with some dash issues aswell. Plus, this isn't a complaint, but in the winter, my odometer sticks for 100-400 km at a time. </td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>

Mine doe's the same to. If it ever gets warm out again i'm tearing out the gauges and looking at where the speedo/odometer connect.
