Tech Imports

I bought a cf hood for my s13, got it after 3 months of being told seibon forgot to put it on the truck then that they sold the hood to someone else by accident then it was out of stock. So i finally got it and put it on but it did not fit at all. And since they said that it didn't fit that they would send me another hood, well another few months went by of excused so finally i just decided to get an immediate refund that they kept telling me was an option. But anyways it has been 2 months now since i asked for my refund and i keep getting more excuses about it and now they don't answer their shop phone, they wont return my calls or messages that i leave on their answering machine, they don't PM me back, wont respond to my IMs on aol. Im getting very very pissed off at this point. so i thought i would just let people know what they have been doing to me.
