i've talked to a certain someone who is doing an engine swap of the equivalent weight of the rb26dett ( minus 15 lbs) in his s14, and the engine actually doesn't weigh it down nearly as much as many would think. of course with more junk in the front you are gonna have a little bit of understeer and more push/momentum under cornering/breaking, but if calibrated nicely, overcomable and even welcomed by the exit speed capability. and yeah, 2800 lbs is the weight. and of course, better suspension is always good, bar none.
on a sidenote, which engine is better (opinion wise), red top or black top? s13 sr20det, s14 sr20det, or s15 sr20det
