paypal should investagate the problem it just might take them a month to get back to you. I have had the same problem in the past. Check with your credit card company if that is the payment source you used. Discover card would refund my card asap and investagate the matter themselves. All I had to was send the item back to the seller and let the he sell know the item was at the post office. Shit you might luck out. If doesn't pick the item up from the post office then they will send it back to you, and you'll have your refund. It would serve that fucken asshole right for ripping you off. Owe and Fuck Paypal! They are stealing our money!
