you guys are wrong and right... you see, stock for stock, the S2000 can, will, and has taken Silvias off the line, into curves and out of them over and over again. the F20 or B20 whatever that motor was called, is a fine peice of motor engineering. the only problem wiht the Honda motor is that it is very, very, NA. i mean the engine is pretty much maxed at the factory so theres not much left done to the motor.. unless you want to rebuild it from the bottom up. that motor has potentiol but the fact that it's new and and almost maxed out makes it very pricey... for price to price vs. stock, the SR is the hands down winner.
THe SR20DET and even maybe some SR20DEs are very powerful. Nissan did a fine job at making a very strong engine and not givng us alot of the power at hand <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

'> . the SR with very little work can reach 350 RWHP even using stock internals. (how do i know this? i play too much GT3) hell, all you have to do is buy a boost control and/ or a front mount intercooler and the SR is ready to take just about anything on the road. although givving the SR lots of goodies makes it a GOD twoards even the mighty B18c (Type R) or the K20a (RSX).
speaking of which... back to THE THREAD title... how much are we looking at here for the SR prices? cuz my s14 front clip cost me 2000 flat... but the catch is my freind's step dad owns the shop, the motor wasnt even tested, but it does have the start up warranty. now isnt that grand?
Silvia... my love <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/inlove.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
