You have a water-cooled turbo? Cool. I know a couple people that have asked me about them, and I really don't know.
As for the original question...
Do you mean install problems, or bugs, or just general problems?
I had lots of all of them. Bugs were an erratic idle caused by the vaccuum lines not bieng hooked up correctly. Then I have had the bolts rattle out of the manifold, burning out the wastegate gasket and forcing me to drive 40 miles extremely slow.
I also have a fairly slow oil leak that I can't find... I'm thinking the oil problem that 240racer mentioned... but I can't find it. Also, every weekend, I gotta dump octane booster into my 93 octane gas to race, and go above 6K rpm without detonation. Also, my pile of shit Z rated tires can't keep traction in 1st gear when boost hits. They will also hop if I go over a paint line while accelerating. I can't drive (unless it's granny-style) in the rain. No LSD. And finally, my automatic tranny gets thrown off due to extra pressure in the manifold (that tells the tranny when to shift due to pressure.) It always shifts late, and at the slightest change in throttle position, I get a downshift.
Also, my fuel economy is pegged around 20mpg, with 120miles highway, 180 city. Not much racing around (mabey 1 sprint of acceleration per day to the speed limit.)
That's all I can think of.
