Running a blow by MAF is expensive.  You NEED aftermarket cobra MAF, and JWT turbo retune.  If you don't want to go thru that, put the stock MAF 8-14" in front of the compressor, just after the filter.  Only problem you will have is a rich mixture for a split second just after a shift.  Not a huge deal, really.
