This is all to common. It cost me $500. I had my master/slave replaced by a good mechanic. He forgot to adjust the clutch pedal. Within 80 miles of driving, my clutch began to slip. There should be over an inch of play before the car switches gears, but not too much, or the clutch will not fully disengage.
Get it adjusted asap. You can do it your self. Adjust the nut on the shaft that the clutch pedal connects to so that you have to push the clutch in more before it takes the clutch out.
Hope that helps. If not, the shop that installed your parts should do it for free, since they forgot.
But don't drive to much or your clutch will be worn out, bad!
