i feel sorry for your loss man. this have reminded me about how my f'king insurance broker jacked my insuranace claim. and there isn't much i can do about it beside to hide some 1 to beat the shit outta her which i didn't do. but i can tell you one thing for sure tho. if you really want to win the law suit it is better to gather a couple of people who have problem to sue that company together and then also file a complain on the BBB( better business bureau) and see what can they do for you. hope that helps a little.  <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hmmm.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hmmm:'>
