no.

redline in 5th would be 145. but the car will not ever reach redline in 5th. It'll stop accelerating somewhere between 130 and 140 thanks to wind resistance.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>
Actually, no.

Redline (6500 rpm) in 5th gear (0.759:1) with the stock rear end (4.083:1) and 205/60-15 tires will get you 154.03 mph. But, as has been said, you'll never get there with the power of the KA. I would imagine 130-135 would be a good estimate...unless you were going downhill with a nice tailwind.
