1. masa motorsports japan. you can get them for autoimaging.com too i believe (same ones?)
2. oem s15 fenders? lots of fab work (mounting points, fitment etc).
3. yes. weld oem s15 fenders with oem s14 fenders
best look and strenght? probalby weldingthem together. better then fiberglass but buying OEM s15 fenders is not cheap. then having them welded together w/ your s14 fenders isnt cheap too. and buying the conversion ones (like autoimaging) is cheapest

oh fyi: you got the s14b part right. BUT you might want to refer it to as zenki s14 (95-96). people get anal about it. but you got it right.
