Alright, well since I still had the gauge cluster out, I grabbed my soldering Iron and checked out that capacitor. I placed the iron on the capacitor for a few seconds and nothing happen. I let it cool down and tried it a couple more times, but still nothing. So from what I understand, this means that my capacitor is good, right? Well, if that's the case, does anyone have any other ideas on things I should check. I also inspected the board from the original post and it seems to be solder fine as well. Of course I'm no expert, but the board doesn't seem to give at all.
