Yea I agree...why would you have to worry about your radiator conducting electricity. Nothing with high voltage gets close to there. The only reason I would use rubber bushing is to dampen the vibrations. But even if you use metal bushing, I doubt there is enough vibrations to do any damage to the radiator as long as its secure.
