yes just like the above posts just go out to your local track meet, meet the guys and go out and practice. Dont worry about looking like a noob... we all gotta start somewhere and drifting isnt about how good you are. About 99% of the people i know do it for the love of the sport . The main thing is that your having fun. Also like the others said the more experenced drifters usually will be able to help you and give you tips and pointers.
