good idea-- offer up an itineray and prices for them and tell people who are serious in going to put down like a 25% refundable deposit or a 10% non-refundable -- something reasonable to make sure everyone goes and everything goes smoothly
-- offer different itinerary's tho- so people who can't afford everything can still show up
