I road race my s13 and run those same widths, except on 17 inch wheels. I run the RA-1s, and they are simply amazing. I was passing friends that run AO48s which are 40 treadwear lower then the RA1s. In addition they last about 5-7 events before they get to worn down but keep grip the whole time.

I also agree with your statement about size, this is plenty for the car. I had no understeer issues with the smaller front tire size and was not quite using all the grip the setup had to offer.

Do you ever do any NASA events out east? it would be nice to have another Silvia out there.
