a_ahmed I know what you mean. I train mma as well and have fought at 170lbs in amateur smokers, but with the injury to my back (2 herniated disks at the base of my spine) I've been getting bigger and fatter.

. But with all the Greco training its put some serious muscle mass on my shoulders and upper body making my Buddy Club 'wide' seat kind of overly tight up top. I feel my shoulders are being squeezed in sometimes making it hard to shift. If money permits I recommend the EVO 2 or 3 to any stocky meat-head type of guy. lol.
