In some other posts, someone made what I thought was a very good point - that when compressing a 1.5-2 hour race to a 30 minute show, you are likely to see a lot of punts and bonehead passes. I take that as a good sign that this isn't as bad as it looks.
Still - it doesn't look as controlled or professional as the major European TC groups, which is to be expected. They've been doing this for a while and have the best drivers.
Jose - you mean the Viper GOING THE WRONG WAY ON THE TRACK!! I don't get the classing at all. There were NSXs in 300 and 500? (and the aforementioned M3 and 911/Boxster). I know they do performance adjustments to the cars (weight and restrictor plates) - I have no idea how much lead and how little air you give a Viper to make it uncompetitive in a 300 hp class? (the thing DOES do awfully well in European sports car series)
Good fun and good so see the cars though!
