Wow. 1200 shipped is a good price, but I really think that turbo + nitrous + 9.5:1 compression is a bad thing, unless it's very tuned. And if you had the cash to pay for that ammount of tuning, you probably wouldn't be asking if the price is right. Loose the 9.5:1 compression for that. Also.. this is very dependant on how much boost you plan on running, if this car is drag only or daily driver, and what turbo.
If it's a daily driver... I would forgo head porting. Look at every last high powered KA motor. Every one of them has had a ported head at one point or another, and every one of them has overheated and warped/cracked heads.
Finally... if you need a couple cars to look at, they are at
Chris May's Mod List (Read the engine description. Stock ports.) and also, dubbed the "Fastest 240sx in the World" with 600+hp (on nitrous) with a stock ports.
Valvework is awesome, but not porting and polishing.
But.. others may disagree.
