mmm I railed in a curb at ~20 mph (at impact) a few months ago, but it was the front. Ended up with minor rim damage, fucked up caster, and really fucked up steering rack. Ended up having to get a new steering rack and everything else aligned back into place without a problem at the shop.

Like everyone else said, jack up the car and look around at everything connected to the wheel that you hit. If the rear subframe is bent, you can get another one and replace it.
