That is a pretty sweet race car. Those 240Z's are soooo awesome to modify--they look great and pretty much any engine can go in them (like small-block chevy). I had the opportunity to buy a '81 280Z for $300--needed engine, tranny, suspension, tires--but I had nowhere to put it and no money to buy the new engine/tranny.
My bf's brother has an old 240Z that he's made into a 100% race car--widebody, fat-ass race tires, tubbed, everything. Some bitch lost control trying to pass someone in a turn (which is a major no-no on Hallett here in OK) and he smashed into her. All that time and money that he spent on it is lost now. He has to start over on his custom widebody kit again. ARGGGGG
I wonder why this guy hasn't driven the car in so long? The only thing I hate is the fact that it's an automatic.
