Remove the head.

Compress valve springs, remove keepers.

Remove spring and valve.

Take a stem seal removal tool, and pull the old ones out.

Take the springs off the new seals, set them in a 10mm socket, w/extension, tap them on gently.

Use needle nose pliers to fit the spring back around the seal (cause its deep in there).

Put the valve spring/retainer/valve back together, compress put the keepers in.

Re-install cylinder head.

Done.
