my 95 ka wouldnt redline either.. it went to 5200rpm. ITS ANNOYING AS SHIT HUH!!? didnt really care cuz i just started the engine swap a little earlier than expected. But i would like to know what it was.
the steering isue. check your inner tie rods. mine were bad. and did this as well. SO I WENT TEIN! haha.
