You should be able to fit a 15x7 +7 with ease, either front or back. if you put it up front you'd probably need about -1.5 or -2 degrees of nega camba, but they may fit w/out neg camber if you put a 195 tire (or similar) on it.
My volks (gold ones) are 15x7 +5 and they fit the rears fine... I had to hammer out my qtr panel 'flap' thingy a little, but again, if you run a skinnier tire (195) you shouldn't have problems. Your offset is also 2mm higher.
