LA cops are out of control? Please, you're just some ignorant outsider who has no idea what really goes on in the LAPD.
I don't care about those counties. They bore me.
Seriously though, it's true that either a. pre-1976 cars are well-maintained or b. pre-1976 cars don't run for all or parts of a year/decade/quarter-century. They're not large polluters.
