Even though you're not looking to make 400+ hp, it wouldn't be all bad to look into some forged slugs for peice of mind, the rods are good to 350whp+, but one bad knock and your ringlands are done for. With a really good tune people can get away with stock rings + pistons. It's just what I would do and you get a bunch of extra leeway for when you want to up the boost or find a bigger turbo. And +1 for the felpro headgasket/ gasket set. Cometic, depending on which one can be a pain in the ass to get it to seal. Just torque the felpro with the arp studs and you'll be fine.
Plus I've got some arp head studs for ya

Edit: didn't read right, saw you didn't want pistons... My advice still stands.
