Here you go, you've probably been waiting for an answer like this. Here's one set up I'm really familiar with that'll put you in the 300 whp range with good gas mileage and very good response.

S13 Blacktop SR
HKS GT2530/GT28RS @17 to 20 psi. Full boost from 3400 rpm to redline
300ZX MAF
Front mount intercooler
Apexi' Intake
3 in downpipe
Apexi N1 exhaust
Splitfire coilpacks
Tuned ECU
.....I forgot 550 cc injectors

These are just mainly the power mods. Don't forget support mods like a Koyo radiator, 300zx fuel filter, walboro 255 fuel pump, etc.
