Just swap the intake plentum, distributor, and all the sensors from your s-13 motor to the s-14 motor. Then you can use your wiring and ECU. You want to use the cams from your s-13 motor as they are more aggrassive, and you want to use the actual intake manifold (the half that bolts to the head) from the s-14 motor as it doesn't have the stupid ass vacuum operated butterflies that the s-13 manifold has. You will need to block off/dis-connect some vacuum lines that control said gay ass butterflies.
