Mc Russell is right. On the turbo you use the inverted flare fitting (the one in the ATP page. Even if it doesn't thread all the way down, it does not seal on the threads but the flare so it doesn't matter if it threads all the way down or not.

Just use the first one I first posted for the block and buy the restrictor fitting for the turbo. Done done done...thread closed.
