Turbo failure on a TD05

Basically, on the drive to NJ (where I sold my old S14 head to Asad for "scientific purposes") the nut on the turbine shaft came off. I'm guessing an oiling problem led to the bearings wearing, which lead to the comp wheel hitting the housing and screwing the nut off.
As you can see, the comp wheel is bent and chipped. It's hard to see, but the turbine wheel is SEVERELY worn. Also, the shaft is pretty much screwed. Oil caked onto it from exhaust and oil mixing in the center section I think.

So.... I already installed a replacement turbo (got one off a Starion for $80 in decent condition). Ran it for a little while and checked the oil drain line to see if I was getting oil.... so that hopefully this won't happen again. I'll take pics of the bearings later. They're virtually non-existant at this point as you could imagine.
