They really don't work for the purpose intended. This type of mount started with euro FWD cars oem, and some cart stuff. They didn't use shock absorbers or fake ones for that matter.

Everyone in this thread is right, get stiffer lower mounts and it will be fine.

And jesus the first aftermarket one of these I saw was from a shop called aerodyne, then witnessed them breaking on 7 different cars. So i don't believe they "all work just fine no problem". My opinion of them is that they are truly worthless.
