Have someone pump the clutch pedal for you repeatedly while you watch the slave cylinder. If the slave isn't moving the fork around much or too much, the system wasn't bled properly, or may be leaking somewhere. Hence why it will not go into gear. These hydro setups are very unforgiving. Do you still have the stock devil box?

If the slave cylinder is actuating properly then there is no issue with the hydraulics. Unless the TO bearing is rusted worse than the titanic, it will still work. It isn't an issue. If it was at a point where it would not work the slightest bit, the transmission would sound like a rocket ship.
