That's understandable, but there are a few things you should be aware of:

1. You should pick up the phone more often and if you can't answer, call people back within a reasonable time. This is in reference to numerous comments I have heard about RHDDesign.

2. Don't take your customer's cars out to meets. I remember seeing a kouki s14 at the arcadia meet one time and someone told me that it was a customer's car from RHDDesign. Unless you have a reasonable explanation, FAIL.

That's just bad business.
