I recently found out one of my friends has access to a pipe bending machine. The first thing i thought was to make an intake. I popped my hood and realized there was a little more to do then bend a pipe.
Starting on the drivers side, a hose goes off the air box into another black box and then to a metal thing and then the header. What is all this? Do i need it? Im guessing it has something to do with emmissions.
Next, on the passenger side there are two tubes coming of the side of the intake tube before it goes into the ribbed tube before the manifold. I cant seem to find out where these go or what they do. Also what kind of pipeing is reccomended. Meaning wall thickness and material. I have a s13 kade.
