Clutch Disc is backwards, I had that same problem when I changed the clutch on my friends rx7. I'm not a mechanic, so listen to some of these guys more. But I had the same prob and that fixed it.
Also, make sure the Slave has full travel, It may not be moving in/out all the way to fully engage.
