Skip the eccentric bolts, they are not neccessary for your car. Plus if you are going to use anything, get the adjustable pillowball mounts (they are more expensive, but they are the better way of adjusting camber up front).

My car has been lowered on Eibach Pro-kit's. My rear tires were sitting right at the minimum edge of the range and actually a little out on my right rear. I had/have a -1.5 to -1.7 rear camber and my tires still wore perfectly fine. Make sure you have your toe settings set (toe is the real killer of street cars). I actually just put on new tires and the only part of the tire that was excessively worn was the center section (which is to be expected since I kept my PSI around 38-40 in my old Kumho's). But I drove on those for at least half a year or more with my car like that and no excessive inside edge wear on the tires front or rear.
