I won't go into the differences too much, for SOMEONE's sake...

The pulleys depower the accessories, so there may be some problems.  I've never thought them a worthy mod, but many w/ 240s swear by them.

A lightened flywheel works by reducing the rotational mass load between the engine and the tranny.  A lighter flywheel has less mass, and is therefore, easier to get spinning fast.  As a result, engine revs are able to be placed into the driveline more rapidly.  In simple terms, it is lighter and allows the revs to jump up sooner - allowing you to reach peak rpm ranges for hp and tq sooner.  It unfortunately has the equal and opposite effect during shifts... the revs fall as quick as they rise, making matching more difficult and taking you out of your optimal rev zone.
