Hey man.  The 91+ 300zx brake calipers are all 30 millimeters wide.  So get anything after '91.  And the na calipers were cast iron, that weighed about 25 pounds each.  They were supposedly stronger, as far as warping, and heavy as all ####.  I got '91 tt calipers, which were aluminum, and 6 pounds each.  I also got them from autozone.  I paid $55 for each caliper, and a $60 core charge.  I tossed my 240sx calipers in the box, and nobody was the wiser.  I chose autozone, because they gave me a lifetime warranty on my calipers.  That way, if they do warp, I can get new ones, free.  I think a junkyard is a bad idea.  I looked in FL junkyards first, but they were the same price, and rusted, and ugly.  I bought remanufactured calipers for the same price.
But then when you get to the middle of '92, even the tt calipers were changed into heavey cast iron.
If you need anything else, either post or email me.  Or even catch me on AIM.
-Jeff
