On my S13 with T5, I reused the stock master cylinder. We had to completely remove the clutch pedal stopper bolt and bracket (cut if off) in order to adjust the master cylinder rod all the way to give enough pedal travel to completely disengage the clutch.

Even with that, I still have grinding in reverse. Feels like the clutch is almost not quite disengaged.
do you have pix of this? i want to see how you did it. i might have to do this. i also have a t-5 trans
