Timing SR20 w/ Plug wire method??

OK after comfirming my motors CAS is in time - I'm going to Re-time the engine using what most people say is the BEST way to do it instead of the wire on the coilpack harness - Using a Plug wire on the 1st Cyl.How is the proper way to set it up??

I have a plug wire from a G20 (sr20de) hoping that will fit down into my SR....then what?
-Warm engine.
-idle @ 800rpms
-cut off engine
-unplug TPS sensor
-plug in new Plug wire?

1st cyl meaing the front toward the rad support
Cram 1 end into the SR's Coilpack and just kind of lay it on the valve cover when I'm doing this?
Wanna make sure I don't get shocked + do it correctly.

Obviously time from the 2nd mark to the right of the pulley.

maybe this will be a Good search point for later people w/ the same issues whiuch seems to be common.
