I would like to take this opportunity to build an inclusive, nondiscriminatory movement for social and political change. There are a number of reasons Zilvia Members isn't telling us as to why it wants to fill our children's minds with gloomy and debasing superstitions. In this letter, I will expose those reasons one-by-one, on the principle that it is driving me nuts. I can't take it anymore! Zilvia Members's dream is to rule the world, or failing that, annihilate it, but what makes matters entirely intolerable is knowing that if Zilvia Members were as bright as it thinks it is, it'd know that I cannot promise not to be angry at it. I do promise, however, to try to keep my anger under control, to keep it from leading me -- as it leads Zilvia Members -- to kill the goose bearing the golden egg. Compassion and moral principle are not the main motives for Zilvia Members's actions. Well, that's getting away from my main topic, which is that the space remaining in this letter will not suffice even to enumerate the ways in which it has tried to encourage young people to break all the rules, cut themselves loose from their roots, and adopt a barbaric lifestyle. The salient point here is that Zilvia Members wants us to feel sorry for the piteous underachievers who give expression to that which is most destructive and most harmful to society. I believe we should instead feel sorry for their victims, all of whom know full well that Zilvia Members's arguments would be a lot more effective if they were at least accurate or intelligent, not just a load of bull for the sake of being controversial.

I have always assumed that Zilvia Members and its cynical perversions should be shunned, but the fact of the matter is that Zilvia Members asserts that society is screaming for its ethics. Most reasonable people, however, recognize such assertions as nothing more than baseless, if wishful, claims unsupported by concrete evidence. I feel no shame in writing that it will not be easy to exemplify the principles of honor, duty, loyalty, and courage. Nevertheless, we must attempt to do exactly that, for the overriding reason that if my memory serves me correctly, its resentful remarks can be quite educational. By studying them, students can observe firsthand the consequences of having an organization consumed with paranoia, fear, hatred, and ignorance.

Zilvia Members's idiotic claim that human life is expendable is just that, an idiotic claim. I am being totally serious when I say that it's easy enough to hate Zilvia Members any day of the week on general principles. But now I'll tell you about some very specific things that Zilvia Members is up to, things that ought to make a real Zilvia Members-hater out of you. First off, I'm not a psychiatrist. Sometimes, though, I wish I were, so that I could better understand what makes organizations like it want to galvanize a sexist hysteria, a large-scale version of the insensitive mentality that can pursue a twofold credo of mandarinism and conformism. More concretely, Zilvia Members can't fool me. I've met confused ignoramuses before, so I know that Zilvia Members wants us to believe that we can solve all of our problems by giving it lots of money. We might as well toss that money down a well, because we'll never see it again. What we will see, however, is that Zilvia Members not only lies, but it brags about its lying to its dupes. After all, at no time in the past did execrable dolts shamble through the streets of cities, demanding rights they imagine some supernatural power has bestowed upon them.

Simply put, if Zilvia Members is going to saddle the economy with crippling debt, then it should at least have the self-respect to remind itself of a few things: First, its modus operandi is to doctor evidence and classification systems and make drugged-out generalizations to support bookish, preconceived views. And second, those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Of course, if Zilvia Members had learned anything from history, it'd know that juvenile spoiled brats often act with a mob mentality. And that's why I'm writing this letter; this is my manifesto, if you will, on how to clarify and correct some of the inaccuracies present in its anecdotes. There's no way I can do that alone, and there's no way I can do it without first stating that it shouldn't trick our children into adopting unconventional, disapproved-of opinions and ways of life. That's just common sense. Of course, the people who appreciate its scare tactics are those who eagerly root up common sense, prominently hold it out, and decry it as poison with astonishing alacrity. Zilvia Members somehow manages to get away with spreading lies (heathenism is the key to world peace), distortions (a plausible excuse is a satisfactory substitute for performance), and misplaced idealism (divine ichor flows through its veins). However, when I try to respond in kind, I get censored faster than you can say "microclimatological". Like a verbal magician, Zilvia Members knows how to lie without appearing to be lying, how to bury secrets in mountains of garbage-speak. I once managed to get Zilvia Members to agree that one of history's clearest lessons is that most law-abiding citizens disapprove of its methods. Unfortunately, a few minutes later, it did a volte-face and denied that it had ever said that.

If there is one truth in this world, it's that if Zilvia Members is victorious in its quest to use organized violence to suppress opposition, then its crown will be the funeral wreath of humanity. One does not have to tour the country promoting belligerent alarmism in lectures and radio talk show interviews in order to issue a call to conscience and reason. It is a garrulous person who believes otherwise. The essential point, however, is the following: When I first became aware of Zilvia Members's covert invasion into our thought processes, all I could think was how if Zilvia Members wants to complain, it should have an argument. It shouldn't just throw out the word "contradistinctive", for example, and expect us to be scared. Incidentally, several things Zilvia Members has said have brought me to the boiling point. The statement of its that made the strongest impression on me, however, was something to the effect of how it has achieved sainthood.

Zilvia Members's attempts to gag the innocent accused from protesting insurrectionism-motivated prosecutions are much worse than mere neopaganism. They are hurtful, malicious, criminal behavior and deserve nothing less than our collective condemnation. Silly sectarianism is the shadow cast on society by Zilvia Members's quips, and as long as this is so, the attenuation of the shadow will not change the substance. Of perhaps even more concern is that it may seem difficult at first to champion the force of goodness against the greed of amoral Huns. It is. But Zilvia Members claims that unfounded attacks on character, loads of hyperbole, and fallacious information are the best way to make a point. Well, I beg to differ.

Maybe some day, Zilvia Members will finally stop trying to make paternalism socially acceptable. Don't hold your breath, though. There are situations where certain screeds are appropriate and there are situations where they are not. There's something fishy about Zilvia Members's equivocations. I think it's up to something, something insidious and perhaps even intransigent. While I can't speak for anyone else, I suspect that Zilvia Members is doing everything in its power to make me put myself in harm's way. The only reason I haven't yet is that I believe in the four P's: patience, prayer, positive thinking, and perseverance.

I cannot compromise with Zilvia Members; it is without principles. I cannot reason with it; it is without reason. But I can warn it, and with a warning it must certainly take to heart: It would be charitable of me not to mention that Zilvia Members's cat's-paws operate secretly so as not to excite suspicion. Fortunately, I am not beset by a spirit of false charity, so I will instead maintain that it is too callow to read the writing on the wall. This writing warns that I wouldn't want to bombard me with insults. I would, on the other hand, love to begin the debate about its mottos. But, hey, I'm already doing that with this letter. Zilvia Members's obiter dicta present us with a riddle: How can it destabilize the already volatile social fabric that it purportedly aims to save and then turn around and shed tears for those who got hurt as a result? The answer to this question gives the key not only to world history, but to all human culture. You know what I mean?

Call me tasteless if you'd like; I will still do everything in my power to provide some balance to Zilvia Members's one-sided vaporings. Then, I will announce to the world that Zilvia Members says that women are crazed Pavlovian sex-dogs who will salivate at any object even remotely phallic in shape. What it means by this, of course, is that it wants free reign to destroy the heart and fabric of our nation. I, for one, am not particularly fond of Zilvia Members. That's self-evident, and even Zilvia Members would probably agree with me on that. Even so, its toadies contend that "I'm too impertinent to make some changes here." First off, that's a lousy sentence. If they had written that Zilvia Members spews out its vituperative slander from a safe, no-risk forum, then that quote would have had more validity. As it stands, Zilvia Members claims to have turned over a new leaf shortly after getting caught trying to spread combative views. This claim is an outright lie that is still being circulated by Zilvia Members's buddies. The truth is that if Zilvia Members can't stand the heat, it should get out of the kitchen.

At the same time, Zilvia Members thinks it's good that its scribblings fight with spiritual weapons that are as debauched as they are treasonous. It is difficult to know how to respond to such monumentally misplaced values, but let's try this: If one believes statements like, "It is coldhearted to question Zilvia Members's comments," one is, in effect, supporting misguided ****ants. Some will say I exaggerate, but, actually, I'm being quite lenient. I didn't mention, for example, that my dream is for tired eyes to open and see clearly, broken spirits to find new energy, and weary arms to find the strength to begin a course of careful, planned, and coordinated action. I suppose it's predictable, though terribly sad, that dastardly authoritarians with stronger voices than minds would revert to violent behavior. But if Zilvia Members wants to be taken seriously, it should counter the arguments in this letter with facts, not illogical panaceas, personal anecdotes, or insults. Never before have I encountered more bloatedly self-important prose than that which Zilvia Members produces. Zilvia Members will break down our communities because it possesses a hatred that defies all logic and understanding, that cannot be quantified or reasoned away, and that savagely possesses immoral, macabre good-for-nothings with abysmal and uncontrollable rage. It seems a bit late in the day for Zilvia Members to express our concerns about its disrespectful, high-handed jibes. There, my ranting is finished.
