Kinda depends on the island. Most radicals from what Ive seen live on kuai. You usually just get girls blowing their horns at you if they see you walking. I use to just blow them a kiss back lol.

Meth is a huge problem there, not on every island but most. We had to fight off a gang of ice heads one time. But then again we kinda brought it on ourselves swiming at 1am on a remote beach known to be in a bad place.
