Then you'd buy new material and stretch it over the frame again. As opposed to replacing the damaged panels, priming, painting, clear coating, wet sanding, buffing...

Now if it's a fire hot enough to damage the frame underneath, then it would probably be hot enough to total a regular metal panel car anyway.
